Rod Hosilyk &
Matt Westfield are “real world” entrepreneurs who have been there and done it
all – and are still doing it! Both are CEO’s of their current companies and on
boards of other companies. And although they teach these topics in University Executive
MBA programs, they talk about real world experiences – what worked and what
didn’t…and why, in easily understood terms, not highly theoretical ideas that
are difficult to understand and implement. The focus is on starting and/or
building a business for success focusing on marketing, customer acceptance,
product viability, validating the marketplace, etc. rather than on determining
legal structures such as partnerships, LLC, corporations, etc.
